With the European Cross Country trials coming up at Liverpool in a few weeks time, English athletes get a chance for top competition to hone their performance when the national team travels to Soria in Northern Spain for the 20th International Cross Country this weekend.

The ECCA Team Managers as usual have been looking at current form and have selected the following:
