PARKING
Please note there will only be extremely limited pay on the day parking, and it will be charged at a premium. There is no parking on site for cars, all parking is either a shuttle ride or walk away. Do not leave organising this to the last minute! PREBOOK PARKING BEFORE TRAVEL AND MAKE NOTE OF WHERE YOU ARE PARKED

CROSS THE I’s AND DOT the T’s
ALL ATHLETES MUST WEAR CLUB COLOURS. All clubs MUST have paid their Affiliation Fees to ENGLAND ATHLETICS otherwise they cannot take part in our championships and must be affiliated for the cross country discipline.
BUT FOOD!
There will be at least 3 food vendors on site; you will not starve.
CLOTHES??
Hoodies will be available as usual. Sportsshoes related discount offer – NATIONALS15 – 15% off Nike in season goods – QR code on reverse of race number, and on hard copy course maps etc on the day
