Club Tents and club tent drop off: Club Tents can be erected in the designated area near the start (on the side of the park nearest to the A177). A club tent permit (one per club) can be applied for on the following link (on the SportsSoft entry portal, alongside the entry link) at a cost of £5 (includes parking for one vehicle): https://www.race-results.co.uk/eccatent . This then allocates a space in the car park at Hardwick Hall Park, from which there is a metalled path via an underpass (under A177) giving easy access to the course. NO vehicles are allowed in Park. Changing: There is a changing marquee provided near the Finish.
Registration: Competitors’ numbers (with integral chip) are to be collected, by appointed Team Managers only, from the Registration Marquee. Numbers for all races will be available from 9.00am. The Registration marquee is located near to the start (to the LHS of the start facing up the course) and adjacent to the club tent area. Note numbers are to be used by the specified athlete only, and cannot be transferred.
Eligibility: All clubs MUST have paid their Affiliation Fees to ENGLAND ATHLETICS otherwise they cannot take part in our championships and must be affiliated for the cross country discipline
Programmes: Programmes will be on sale at the event in the Information Point (located within the Registration marquee), price ₤3, and will include course maps.
Livestream: The event will be livestreamed via both the channel of our sponsor, SportsShoes.com, and via englandathleticsvids as in previous years
Presentations: The Presentation Marquee is located adjacent to the finish area.
Individual awards: Presentations will be made to winning individuals as soon as possible after each race.
