The final domestic Cross Country event of the Season takes place at Wollaton Park, Nottingham on Saturday when the Schools International and the Home Countries International takes place.

The races get underway at 11:30 with the following Time Table.

In the Schools events, the first 4 races see England take on Ireland, Scotland and Wales Schools. While races 5 to 8 England Athletes selected after the National Cross Country Championships have Scotland, Wales, Midlands, North, East and Guernsey athletes as the opposition.

The Races take place in front of the towering Wollaton Hall on a tight 2K lap with an extra 500 m loop for two of the Schools races and though the fields will be small the quality will be good. As usual Supporters and Spectators are welcome and there is plenty of parking available in the pay and display Car Parks on the site. For those driving to Wollaton and have a Sat Nav the Post Code is NG8 2AE. Wollaton Park is situated 3 miles to the West of the City centre. Follow the Brown signs from either the A 52 or the A6514. If using the Motorway then leave the motorway at Junction 25 and then follow the brown signs.
